Associate Attorney

Innovative Driven is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the team at one of our most established mid-sized law firm clients. This associate will handle a variety of complex claims, including but not limited to professional liability, securities litigation, medical malpractice, labor & employment, and insurance broker liability.

This role will be based in the firm's New York City office with a hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days remote) schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage cases
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Partake in depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Research complex legal issues to develop strategies for cases
• Work with clients and experienced attorneys

QUALIFICATIONS:

• JD from an accredited law school
• NY and NJ bar admission (or ability to waive in)
• 1+ years of litigation experience
• Multitasking, attention to detail, and writing skills
