The role demands strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue expansion across healthcare, hospitality, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients (architects, contractors, developers, corporates). Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals. Client Engagement: Conduct consultations, site visits, and presentations to showcase solutions. Revenue Growth: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned territory. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage sales executives to maximize performance. Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Candidate Profile: Experience: 10–14 years in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, construction products, or allied industries. Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred. Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship management. Network: Established connects with architects, contractors, and developers in the region. Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned zone. Location Specifics: West Zone AGM – Sales: Pune/Mumbai (covering Maharashtra & Western India).
