Director - IT Operations

At iMerit, we're building the technology foundation that powers some of the world's leading AI and technology companies. As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for an experienced Director - IT Operations to lead our worldwide IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and distributed IT operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape the IT strategy while remaining deeply involved in solving complex technical challenges.

What you'll lead:

Global IT infrastructure (Linux & Windows servers, networking, VPNs, Active Directory)

End-user computing, device lifecycle, MDM/UEM, and IT support

Enterprise applications (ERP, HRMS, ITSM, collaboration platforms)

24x7 incident management, disaster recovery, and operational excellence

Infrastructure automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible

Cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP

Global IT teams, vendor management, budgeting, and technology roadmaps

We're looking for someone with:

️ 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise IT Operations

️ Strong expertise in networking, Linux/Windows administration, enterprise SaaS, and end-user computing

️ Experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones

️ Strong automation mindset with scripting and Infrastructure as Code

️ Experience managing enterprise vendors, IT budgets, and executive stakeholder communication

️ Global operational exposure across diverse infrastructure and regulatory environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience in BPO, ITES, AI, or technology services organizations

• Experience supporting rapid global growth

• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, or cloud certifications
