Position: Manager – Internal Audit

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 5+ Years (Post Qualification)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Internal Audit to join our team. If you are a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in internal audits, risk management, financial controls, and compliance, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan and execute risk-based internal audits

✅ Review financial, operational, and compliance processes

✅ Evaluate internal controls and recommend process improvements

✅ Identify business risks and ensure regulatory compliance

✅ Prepare audit reports and present findings to management

✅ Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions

✅ Support statutory and external audits

✅ Drive governance, transparency, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For:

✔ Chartered Accountant (CA)

✔ 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit

✔ Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and financial reporting

✔ Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred

✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
