Full Stack Angular DeveloperDuration: 6 month contract, potential to convert to fulltimeLocation: 4 days Downtown Pittsburgh | 1 day remote

OverviewWe are seeking a Full Stack Angular Developer to join a collaborative Agile development team focused on building and enhancing enterprise applications. This role is heavily front-end focused, with approximately 80% of the work centered around Angular development and 20% involving SQL Server database work. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern Angular frameworks, solid SQL fundamentals, and the ability to contribute effectively within a Scrum-based environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular.Build responsive, scalable, and high-performing user interfaces.Leverage modern Angular capabilities, including Signals and RxJS.Write and execute SQL Server queries to support application functionality and troubleshooting.Collaborate with product owners, developers, UX designers, and business stakeholders.Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.Work from Jira tickets to deliver features, enhancements, and bug fixes.Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.Develop a strong understanding of the business domain and how technical solutions support organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications5+ years of professional Angular development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Angular 18+ (experience with Angular 20/21+ is highly preferred).Experience working with Angular Signals and RxJS.Proficiency with TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices.Experience writing SQL Server queries and performing basic database analysis and troubleshooting.Familiarity with Git, GitHub and/or GitLab.Experience using Jira for Agile software development.Experience with Node.js and Visual Studio Code.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred QualificationsExperience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Devin, Windsurf, Codex, or similar platforms.Experience participating in application architecture or technical design discussions.Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications.Ability to quickly learn new business domains and technologies. xzbcwsv
