Summary: We are looking for an experienced Brightspot CMS Developer to support and maintain enterprise Brightspot-based web platforms in a production AMS environment. The role focuses on incident resolution, minor enhancements, platform stability, and ongoing application support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Brightspot CMS, web content management, troubleshooting, and production support processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support , including incident triage, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and resolution within SLA.
• Develop and deploy bug fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration changes across Brightspot templates and workflows.
• Troubleshoot integrations, including APIs, search, CDN, static content services, and publishing pipelines.
• Support release management activities, including deployments, validations, and post-release monitoring.
• Monitor application health, performance, and availability, ensuring platform stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams, to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurring incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call and shift rotations as required by support SLAs.
• Ensure adherence to change management, incident management, and problem management processes.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience with Brightspot CMS or comparable enterprise hybrid CMS platforms.
• Strong Java skills, with working knowledge of Groovy and JSP/Freemarker .
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs , Solr/Elasticsearch , and Git/CI-CD tools.
• Prior AMS/production support experience with ITIL processes , including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting application, integration, and performance issues.
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and JSON .
• Experience working with cloud environments and CDN technologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid/remote support model with on-call and shift responsibilities as required.
