Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via voice calls, chat
• Experience as a Telesales
• Provide prompt and accurate resolution to customer issues.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months documented sales experience is mandatory - sales, insurance, tele sales, seller support
• Basic English communication and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Graduation mandatory
