Job Description Lead projects through all phases including preconstruction, budgeting, procurement, execution, and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project strategy. Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams. Monitor project financials including cost forecasting, change management, and reporting. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and contract administration. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business opportunities. Partner closely with Superintendents to drive successful project execution. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor. Proven experience managing: Healthcare interiors Medical office projects Hospital renovations Class A office interiors Corporate tenant improvements Strong understanding of occupied-space construction and phased renovation projects. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships. Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
