**WE'RE HIRING | SALES SPECIALIST** **ONE Simulation** is looking for a highly driven **Sales Specialist** to join our growing team and help us expand our healthcare simulation solutions across India and international markets. **Location:** Noida, India & Cardiff, UK **Role:** Sales Specialist **Experience:** 0–3 Years preferred | High-performance freshers may also apply ### Key Responsibilities **1. Sales Pipeline & Customer Engagement** * Manage day-to-day sales pipeline and lead follow-ups * Conduct customer calls, product discussions and demonstrations * Identify new business opportunities and convert qualified leads **2. Sales Target Achievement** * Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets * Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports * Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure **3. Conferences & Workshops** * Represent ONE Simulation at conferences, exhibitions and workshops * Engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and decision-makers * Generate leads and actively convert event opportunities into sales **4. Sales-Driven Mindset** * Strong hunger for achieving and exceeding targets * Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills * Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment * Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshops ### What We're Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Passion for sales and business development * Ability to build relationships and influence customers * Self-motivated, target-oriented and highly accountable * Experience in **medical devices, healthcare, medical education, simulation or B2 B sales** is an advantage **Join ONE Simulation and be part of our mission to transform healthcare education through simulation technology.** **Interested?
