Role Overview

We are looking for a generalist consultant who can capture the current state, document processes, and help drive process-related initiatives. This role does not require deep technical expertise, but strong business process understanding is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture current state processes and documentation
• Drive process mapping and modelling activities
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements
• Facilitate and run workshops
• Understand deliverables and ensure alignment with business needs
• Collaborate with process analysts for support

Skills & Experience

• Around 10 years of experience
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing skills
• Experience in process mapping and modelling
• Familiarity with tools such as Holocentric (client), Visio, Signavio, Blueworks Live, or similar (flexible – can be upskilled)

Note: Must have valid Australian work authorization.
