Manav Rachna International School, Charmwood, is looking for a passionate and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Business Studies & Entrepreneurship to join our dynamic academic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and concept-driven lessons in Business Studies and Entrepreneurship for Classes XI and XII.
• Plan and implement effective lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
• Develop students' understanding of business concepts through case studies, real-world examples, experiential learning, and entrepreneurial activities .
• Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback and individualized academic support.
• Prepare students effectively for board examinations while developing critical thinking, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Encourage participation in business, commerce, financial-literacy, and entrepreneurship-related co-curricular activities.
• Integrate contemporary business trends, start-up ecosystems, innovation, and industry developments into classroom learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and school leadership to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to the overall academic and holistic development of students.
