Role Description The Architectural Designer will work on-site in Vadodara in a full-time capacity, collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients throughout the design and documentation process. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, creating design drawings, preparing construction documentation, and supporting urban and site planning studies. The role involves translating client requirements into functional and aesthetic designs, coordinating revisions in response to feedback, and ensuring that drawings comply with applicable codes and standards. The Architectural Designer will participate in design reviews, assist in material and product research, and support project coordination from early design through implementation.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop creative and practical design solutions. Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and detailed technical documentation for various project types. Skilled in Drawing and visual representation, including hand sketches and digital drafting/modeling tools. Understanding of Urban Planning principles and the ability to integrate site context, circulation, and community needs into design work. Relevant degree in Architecture or Architectural Design from an accredited institution. Experience with industry-standard design and drafting software (such as Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or similar tools). Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple project tasks. Knowledge of local building codes, construction practices, and materials used in the Gujarat/Vadodara region is an advantage. Strong communication skills for presenting design ideas and coordinating with project stakeholders.
