Job Role- Recruitment Program Manager/Talent Acquisition Program Manager/ Campus Program Manager Exp-3 years Location- hyderabad Work Type- Contract Work Mode- Hybrid CTC-9 LPA Interview- Virtual About The Job: We're seeking a detail-driven professional to deliver Salesforce's high-volume hiring events and new graduate programs across India. The role has a strong focus on program and candidate experience, stakeholder management, and event execution. You'll be the driving force that turns plans into flawless, memorable experiences, from weekend hiring drives to new grad onboarding, while shaping how Futureforce operates day to day. Essential Job Functions: Collaborate closely with the Programs Lead to translate program vision into seamless day-to-day delivery Coordinate closely between the RC team and recruiters, ensuring every handoff — from intake to completion Liaise with vendors, REWS, and facilities teams to ensure venues, materials, and on-site logistics are in place for every event Build and maintain a standardized playbook, lead-time norms, and governance model, while supporting intake, tracking, and reporting of event requests to inform metrics on volume, ROI, and program effectiveness Identify opportunities to use AI tools to streamline event intake, scheduling, and reporting cutting manual effort and speeding up turnaround for recruiters and candidates Bring program management skills to the planning and delivery of new grad onboarding, enablement sessions, and milestone touchpoints throughout the program journey Plan and coordinate graduate and intern social/networking events, including vendor coordination and pre- and post-event communications to strengthen the new grad experience Additional projects and tasks as our work evolves Qualifications: Requirements : 4-6 years experience in recruitment or university program management Strong program management and execution instincts — comfortable juggling multiple concurrent events with tight timelines Experience developing, maintaining and executing key campus engagement and branding programs Strong project management skills are required including project planning, resourcing, monitoring and reporting Excellent stakeholder, vendor, task, and resource management skills, paired with strong interpersonal abilities Works with a high sense of urgency, ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic changing environment and still deliver on deadlines.
