Project Manager

The role is focused on: Supporting delivery of site priorities through program coordination, governance, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution. Partnering with site leadership, councils, and functional teams to ensure effective delivery of site initiatives, governance processes, and colleague experience objectives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support delivery of site programs, initiatives, and events . Maintain governance forums, dashboards, action trackers, and management reporting . Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate activities across councils and functional teams. Support tracking of risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities . Assist with budget tracking, financial reporting, and operational planning . Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support adoption of new ways of working across the site. Experience & Skills The role seeks someone with: 5 to 8 years of experience in program management, PMO, operations, governance, or business management. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience preparing leadership reports, presentations, and dashboards. Ability to work across multiple teams in a matrixed environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on execution and delivery.
