Technical & Functional Skills

Mastery of KPI/KRA design, cascading logic, weightage models, and performance tracking. Proficiency in strategy frameworks: BSC, OKR, MBO, SWOT, TOWS, Ansoff, BCG, GE Matrix, Porter's Five Forces. Hands-on experience with PMS tools, ERP performance modules, or HRMS platforms. Advanced MS Excel, Power Point; experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards. Strong financial acumen – P& L understanding, ROI analysis, cost-benefit analysis. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC process improvement methodologies. Behavioural Competencies Strategic thinking with the ability to bridge vision and ground-level execution. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset. Strong leadership, influence, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication with board-level presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic WFO environment in Nashik.

Annual & long-range strategic planning
Enterprise-wide Performance Management System (PMS)
KPI/KRA design & cascading across all levels
CXO & Board-level reporting and dashboards

What we're looking for:
MBA (Strategy/Finance) from a reputed B-School
8-10 years in Business Strategy, Corporate Planning, or PMS
Strong command of BSC, OKR, SWOT, PESTLE, Six Sigma, Power BI/Tableau
IT industry exposure preferred
Minimum 3 years of team/cross-functional leadership
