Account Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations. Handle invoice booking for purchase and sales transactions. Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet , Profit & Loss Account , and other financial statements. Manage GST compliance , including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, reconciliations, and ITC. Handle TDS deduction, payment, return filing, and reconciliation . Perform Bank Reconciliation , Vendor Reconciliation , and Customer Reconciliation . Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) . Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of books. Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning. Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies. Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, vendors, and government authorities. Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules. Lead, supervise, and mentor the accounts team. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance). CA Inter/CMA Inter (preferred). 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
