Cargo Operations Agent

SQ Cargo Warehouse Supervisor Monitor and coordinate all SQ Cargo warehouse/ramp operations and supervise cargo handling agents during assigned shifts. Major duties include overseeing cargo build-up and breakdown, coordinating with Customer Service Team and handling agents to ensure all cargo is moved as booked, providing guidance to Handling Agents on SQ's operational SOPs if required, complying with all company procedures, monitoring transfer of cargo to interline partners and trucks, monitoring station's ULD stock, repositioning excess ULDs back to SIN, following up with daily SQ Cargo emails, performing cargo invoice verification for payment, preparing turnover of all significant activities to SQ Cargo staff on the next shift, and staff must be SQ DG CBTA certified. Manager and supervisors may assign any other duties as needed. Qualifications include experience in air freight warehouse operations, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, good communication skills, ability to manage operational issues under pressure, and ability to work irregular hours as assigned, including weekends.
