Accounts Payable Systems Analyst

Position: Accounts Payable Systems Analyst Compensation: $35 - $40 /hour, depending on experience Location: Lakewood, Colorado Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Systems Analyst to join their team! This is a fantastic contract opportunity for someone who enjoys solving process challenges, supporting invoice routing, and working across ERP modules in a fast-moving environment. You’ll play a key role in improving how invoices are processed while also coding invoices and supporting a team that handles a wide range of accounting tasks. If you thrive in a collaborative setting and enjoy variety in your day, this role offers a great chance to make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities & Duties:Investigate invoice routing issues within ERP systemsCode invoices accurately and efficientlySupport accounts payable workflows and process improvementsReview multiple ERP modules to determine proper invoice handlingAssist with delayed payment resolutionCollaborate with team members across centralized servicesContribute to a fast-paced, high-volume environment Required Qualifications & Experience:Experience in accounts payable or related accounting supportStrong understanding of invoice coding and processingAbility to troubleshoot ERP-related workflow issuesComfort working in a busy, evolving environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsSolid communication and teamwork abilitiesWillingness to learn and take on varied responsibilities Nice to Have Skills & Experience:Experience with ERP systemsBackground in process improvementPrevious exposure to invoice routing challengesExperience supporting centralized accounting functionsFamiliarity with high-volume AP environments Perks & Benefits:3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insuranceVoluntary, Short-term and Long-term disability insurancePaid time off, 401k, and holiday payWeekly direct deposit or pay card deposit
