Centro Cash & Carry is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Non-Food Department Manager to lead our non-food retail operations, manage national-level purchasing, and drive departmental sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage national-level purchasing, supplier relationships, price negotiations, and product sourcing.
• Supervise departmental staff and ensure effective team performance.
• Maintain attractive product displays, planograms, shelf presentation, and product availability.
• Develop and achieve sales targets while monitoring sales performance.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and slow-moving products.
• Identify new products, market trends, and opportunities to improve profitability.

Crockery, Jewellery, LUG, Toys, Stationery, Ladies' Handbags, Abayas, Watches, Slippers, Newborn Accessories, Home Décor, and other non-food retail categories.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in retail, supermarket, or cash & carry operations.
• Proven experience in national-level buying and supplier negotiations.
• Strong team leadership, merchandising, inventory control, and sales management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and improve departmental performance.
• Salary: Up to PKR 100,000 per month, depending on experience and capabilities.
