Manager Civil – SME - HOTO

Overview: The Civil SME is responsible for the seamless handover and takeover of both new and brownfield data centre sites, ensuring that capacity is delivered, and Ready for Service (RFS) milestones are met on schedule. Acting as the critical interface between Design/Build (DB) Projects and Operations, the Civil SME will drive the systematic transition from project execution to operational readiness. This role encompasses managing end-to-end HOTO activities-from the design stage and DBR review through Integrated System Testing (IST) to final handover-while ensuring that critical SNAGs are minimized, and customer onboarding occurs as per the committed schedule.
