Inside Sales Executive

About the Company Zepcruit is an AI-powered recruitment platform that helps companies hire faster and smarter through automated interviews, CV screening, and candidate evaluation tools. Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our sales team as Sales Representatives. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their hiring needs, and introducing Zepcruit’s solutions. Internship experience in sales, business development, SaaS, HRTech, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage . Key Responsibilities Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networking Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships Maintain strong sales pipeline and update CRM tools daily Work closely with internal teams for smooth client onboarding Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
