Key Responsibilities

• Service Management: Configure and manage service orders, service requests, complaints, and returns.
• Contracts & Warranties: Set up service contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and warranty determinations.
• Resource Planning: Implement and support resource scheduling, dispatching, and field service execution.
• System Integration: Integrate SAP CRM Service with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) for spare parts, billing, and equipment management.
• Customization: Tailor transaction types, action profiles, partner determination procedures, and catalog profiles.
