About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience and strong exposure to the Telecom domain to build advanced analytics and Machine Learning solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with large-scale telecom datasets such as CDR, network KPIs, subscriber data, usage patterns, network logs, alarms and OSS/BSS data.
Key Skills
Strong Python, Pandas, Num Py & Scikit-learn Strong SQL and Py Spark / Spark Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling Regression, Classification & Clustering Feature Engineering & Model Optimization Time Series Forecasting & Anomaly Detection Experience working with large-scale datasets ML Model Deployment & MLOps Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCPTelecom Domain Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
CDR Analytics Customer Churn & Retention Subscriber / Customer Analytics Network Performance & KPIs Network Alarms & Logs OSS/BSS 4 G/5 G Analytics RAN / Core Network Data Network Optimization Fraud Analytics Traffic, Revenue & Usage Analytics Capacity Planning & ForecastingGood to Have
Databricks, Hadoop, Hive, Power BI, Tableau, Deep Learning, NLP, Gen AI, LLMs, RAG, Lang Chain, Llama Index, AI Agents or Vector Databases.
Ideal Candidate
Someone who can independently own Data Science projects, work with complex telecom data, build and deploy ML models, and turn data into actionable business and network insights.
