Location: Orlando, FL, with opportunities in Plantation (Ft. Lauderdale), FL, and surrounding areas Schedule: Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM No weekends required Immediate coverage needed Thursday, 7/30, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Dispense retail and specialty HIV/AIDS medications with high accuracy and care Build trusting relationships with HIV/AIDS patients, emphasizing respect, empathy, and confidentiality Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes Exhibit proactive pharmacy intuition by identifying and responding to pharmacy operational needs Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a positive and supportive work environment Qualifications and Desired Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in retail or specialty HIV/AIDS medication dispensing, explicitly noted on resume Proficient in QS1 pharmacy software or similar platforms Demonstrated sensitivity and respect toward HIV/AIDS patient population Strong communication skills with patients, providers, and team members Dependable with a strong commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance Positive, proactive attitude with excellent team collaboration skills This role requires a pharmacist deeply committed to patient-centered care within a critical specialty area.
