Job Description
Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and partners. • Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Documentation (UD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and related project artifacts. • Create process flow diagrams, workflow charts, use cases, and business process maps. • Collaborate with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external partners to ensure requirement clarity and successful project execution. • Work closely with UI/UX teams to prepare wireframes, screen flows, and user journeys using Figma. • Support project planning, tracking, status reporting, and PMO governance activities. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for requirement
