Director of Investor Relations

Our client, an alternative asset manager firm, is seeking a Director of Investor Services to join their team. Position will manage a team of 2. Total compensation between 400k to 435k.

Responsibilities:Lead investor services, reporting, and operational workflows.Support fundraising, investor due diligence, and information requests.Oversee investor reporting, including fund performance, capital activity, financial disclosures, and ad hoc requests.Manage investor onboarding, closings, transfers, and related stakeholder coordination.Maintain data accuracy, reporting controls, and process documentation.Drive operational improvements through automation and technology solutions.Partner cross-functionally with investment, finance, operations, legal, compliance, and business development teams.Prepare materials for investors, senior leadership, and board reporting. xzbcwsv Lead, develop, and scale the Investor Services team.
