Darshh Builders is a design & build company specialising in premium villas, luxury homes, and high-end residential interiors, with 20+ active sites across Assam. We're looking for a skilled Interior Designer to drive design development and technical drafting for our premium residential projects — choose to work remotely or join us in-office in Guwahati.

What You'll Do

Create complete interior design concepts for premium villas and high-end residences, and prepare detailed working drawings covering furniture layout, wardrobe and modular kitchen detailing, toilet and utility detailing, false ceiling (POP), electrical/lighting layout, flooring patterns, and wall elevations and sectional details. You'll support the 3 D team with conceptual guidance, provide material specifications and finish schedules, coordinate with site engineers on technical clarifications, and update drawings as per site changes and client inputs.

What You Need

A degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture, with 3–5 years of mandatory experience on high-end residential projects. Strong Auto CAD drafting and technical detailing skills are a must, along with a solid understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and luxury design trends. You should be able to manage multiple projects independently, with strong design sense, attention to detail, and good communication habits.
