Wilbur Technical Services, LLC (WTS) is seeking a motivated Air Quality Specialist to join our growing team in the Triangle, NC area!

WTS specializes in environmental monitoring, laboratory instrumentation, and industrial process systems. We support government agencies, research institutions, consulting firms, and industrial customers throughout the United States and abroad.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related STEM field who is interested in gaining experience in environmental instrumentation, customer support/field services, environmental data quality assurance/quality control methods, technical sales, and business operations.

Broad Experience: We are a small company, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer interaction, field service, sales coordination, and other areas of the business!

The role will initially focus on technical support and field travel, inside sales, and Salesforce CRM management while the candidate develops product knowledge and industry expertise. As experience grows, opportunities will exist to participate in customer meetings, trade shows, marketing initiatives, and technical sales activities.

Travel is required (approximately 30–40%) and will include both domestic and international assignments. This position offers opportunities to visit customer sites, attend industry conferences, participate in training programs, and support environmental projects around the world.
