Senior Architect – High-Rise & Technical Design

Chennai | 5–10 Years

We are seeking a Senior Architect with strong experience in high-rise, mixed-use and façade-intensive projects. The role requires an architect who can independently lead projects from concept through technical documentation and construction, while maintaining a high standard of design, coordination and buildability.

Responsibilities

Lead projects across concept, design development, documentation and execution.

Develop high-rise planning, cores, floor plates, podiums, basements and circulation strategies.

Coordinate structural, MEP, façade, fire, vertical transportation and specialist consultants.

Lead façade design and detailing across curtain wall, glazing, cladding, stone, GRC/GFRC and performance systems. Review GFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, mock-ups and material submissions. Resolve RFIs, site issues and technical coordination challenges.

Manage project timelines, team output and client communication.

Mentor junior architects and maintain drawing quality across the studio.

Profile

5–10 years of relevant architectural experience.

Strong portfolio of high-rise residential, commercial or mixed-use projects.

Proven experience in façade design and technical detailing.

Strong understanding of NBC, fire and life safety, accessibility and construction systems.

Ability to independently manage multidisciplinary projects.

Proficiency in Auto CAD and Revit; Navisworks, Rhino and BIM workflows are preferred.

Excellent design judgement, technical rigour and attention to detail.
