Join our team as an Appliance Repair Technician and play a key role in creating
a safe, comfortable, and worry-free living experience for our residents. In this
hands-on position, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on
residential and commercial appliances, laundry equipment, ice machines, and
refrigeration systems, helping keep our community running smoothly every day.

* Compensation: Starting at $20.00 hourly, depending upon experience
How you will make an impact
* Perform necessary maintenance of all appliances contained in residential
apartments and laundry rooms
- Perform necessary maintenance of Health Care laundry equipment
- Perform necessary maintenance of all ice machines and refrigeration
equipment, both residential and commercial
* Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failures
What you will need
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/residential appliance maintenance
- Will be expected to work a reasonable amount of scheduled and “on-call”
overtime as necessary
- Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 35 pounds
- Must possess current EPA certification to handle refrigerants.
