Level3 BOS is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Finance Officer to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and individuals at the beginning of their careers who want to gain hands‑on experience in financial operations while working with U.S.-based clients. The successful candidate should have a basic understanding of finance and accounting, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced night‑shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily financial operations, including data entry, report preparation, and record management.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering financial data and preparing reports.
• Perform basic financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential irregularities.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date financial records.
• Help monitor cash flow, track expenses, and maintain financial summaries.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient finance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
