Senior Associate-Real Estate Valuations( CA with3 to 5 years)

We're looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of experience in US Real Estate Valuation to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform US real estate valuations using Cost, Sales Comparison, and Income Capitalization approaches.
• Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, leases, and market data.
• Build valuation models and prepare high-quality reports.
• Conduct market research using CoStar, RCA Analytics, and similar databases.
• Collaborate with clients, onshore teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Review analyses, manage multiple engagements, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• CA qualification (Mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of US real estate valuation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Argus Enterprise, CoStar/RCA Analytics, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience working with global teams is preferred.
