As a Senior Merchant Services Sales Consultant, the full-time remote position will develop new merchant services relationships, consult on complex client needs, and provide sales support while collaborating with various banking teams. Key responsibilities Develop new merchant services relationships by partnering with branches and other banking teams Consult on complex merchant opportunities and ensure accurate onboarding and account setup Provide sales and technical support, including troubleshooting merchant services issues Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field 4+ years of dedicated B2B sales, account management, or merchant services experience Advanced knowledge of merchant services and financial services products Strong track record of consultative sales and relationship management success Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
