Accounts Receivable Clerk

Our client is searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team in Clearwater, FL.

Essential Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with credit and collection policies and proceduresReview and resolve invoice discrepancies, including promotion and discount errorsRespond to email inquiries about customer or franchise billing issues and disputesPost customer satisfaction adjustments to accountsPrepare refund requests for closed accounts and route them for approvalPerform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:0–2 years of billing, customer service, or administrative experienceUnderstanding of basic accounting concepts, including debits and creditsSolid math and analytical skills: able to gather information, identify key issues, and draw logical conclusionsCurious and proactive: wants to understand the purpose behind each task and looks for ways to improve processes and efficiencyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTech-savvy, with strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teamsHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
