Registered Nurse Step Down Traveler

Ascension seeks a Registered Nurse Step Down Traveler to deliver expert, compassionate care to adult step-down patients. In this travel role, you’ll provide complex assessments, continuous cardiac and respiratory monitoring, titrate IV medications, and respond rapidly to changes in patient status. Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans while ensuring accurate EMR documentation. You’ll educate patients and families, uphold infection control and safety standards, and contribute to a supportive, learning-focused culture with opportunities for growth.
