Responsibilities include:* Manage the litigation cycle of the firm's more complex personal injury matters* Develop litigation strategy and manage case development through trial* Draft and argue complex motions, lead mediations, and handle all case advocacy* Take and defend depositions, including witnesses and medical experts* Manage discovery, legal research, and ongoing medical treatment monitoring* Collaborate with Litigation support staff and litigation team associates.
Requirements for this role:* Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.* Must have personal injury litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side - trial experience is a plus!* Experience in motions practice, depositions, mediation, and case development through trial readiness* Strong legal writing abilities, exceptional negotiation skills, and a high degree of courtroom readiness* Well-versed in reviewing medical records, handling complex medical bills, and understanding treatment timelines as they relate to case value. xzbcwsv
