Remote SMB Account Management Lead (Global)

Motive Technologies seeks a Manager, SMB Account Management to lead our largest SMB customers and drive revenue growth across international markets. You will oversee a global team of SMB Account Managers and guide deals from qualification to close, with a strong emphasis on value-based selling.

This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Pakistan offices (Islamabad or Lahore) and a mandate to coach, forecast, and optimize the sales playbook.
