Hiring now for a long term opportunity Interesting Projects About Our Client Our client is a reputable Arkansas General Contractor specializing within commercial construction with a project focus on Light industrial, education, Senior living, big box retail projects ranging from $10m-50M+ in value Job Description Reporting to Regional Operations Leadership, the Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will work closely with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Manage commercial construction projects through all phases of the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and financial controls. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Oversee procurement activities, subcontract administration, and change order management. Partner with Superintendents to drive schedule, quality, and safety performance. Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring contract compliance and project documentation accuracy. Support multiple project sites as needed throughout the region. The Successful Applicant For the Project Manager we are seeking: 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Proven experience delivering projects in sectors such as healthcare, education, retail, office, industrial, manufacturing, or mixed-use developments. Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M+ in value. Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial management skills. Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and project controls. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management abilities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
