The gig We need someone who can walk onto a factory floor and walk out with a signed deal . Open doors across electronics & semiconductor manufacturing, sell automation systems that actually ship — not a "just send a proposal and wait" role. What you’ll do Hunt down new business across smartphone assembly , component manufacturing, aerospace & medical electronics · build relationships with the people who actually decide — Ops, Factory, Automation, Procurement, technical teams · scout JV, alliance & partnership plays · own marketing execution — website, brochures, collateral, event presence, planning through follow-up · negotiate terms & close contracts · keep a pulse on market, competitor & pricing intel · hit the road for client visits, trade shows, conferences · write proposals, RFPs & DPRs that actually win business Must haves Bachelor's in Engineering (Electronics /Electrical /Mechatronics /Automation /Mechanical) · 6-12 years in B2B sales, business development & marketing · network with OEMs, supply chain players, integrators & distributors in electronics industry· comfortable travelling for clients, exhibitions, deals. Nice to haves Prior experience in electronics, automation, robotics or manufacturing ( sales or technical side) · ability to translate tech speak into a value proposition · MBA or equivalent BD experience · bid/RFP/DPR experience · supply chain know-how · ties with electronics industry associations. tl;dr Know how to read a factory floor and walk out with a signed deal?
