We’re looking for a skilled Embroidery Digitizer who understands production. This role focuses on creating clean, efficient stitch files that run smoothly on machines and maintain consistency across different fabrics and garments.

Location: Binated -55/2, Ganeshkhind Rd, Jagdishnagar, Sadhu Vasvani Nagar, Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra 411007

Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert artwork into high-quality embroidery digitizing files using Wilcom or Pulse
• Ensure files are production-ready with minimal machine errors (thread breaks, trims, etc.)
• Optimize stitch types, densities, underlays, and pull compensation based on fabric and design
• Maintain consistency across multiple sizes, placements, and garment types
• Work on logos, text, appliqué, 3D puff, and complex designs
• Review and improve existing digitized files for better machine performance
• Follow internal quality standards and naming conventions
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve stitching issues
• Deliver work within defined turnaround times

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in embroidery digitizing
• Strong working knowledge of Wilcom or Pulse (Tajima) software
• Deep understanding of:
• Stitch types (satin, fill, run)
• Underlays and densities
• Fabric behavior and distortion
• Ability to digitize for different applications (caps, flats, jackets, etc.)
• Good eye for detail and design accuracy
• Ability to handle high-volume workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-head commercial embroidery machines
• Knowledge of different file formats (DST, EMB, PXF, etc.)
• Experience working in a production or large-scale environment
• Familiarity with quality control and sew-out validation
