Position: Director – Delivery Operations – Medical Coding
Location: India
Experience: 18+ years of strong Medical Coding leadership experience
Joining: Immediate / Candidates serving very short notice preferred
Key Requirements
- 18+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in Medical Coding operations .
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale Medical Coding delivery operations 500+ FTE's .
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare / RCM and Medical Coding processes .
- Experience managing large teams, operational performance, productivity, quality and client SLAs.
- Strong exposure to P&L / financial management, operational metrics and continuous improvement .
- Proven experience in stakeholder and client management at senior levels.
- Strong people leadership, transformation and process excellence capabilities.
- Candidates currently working at Director / Senior Director / AVP / equivalent level would be preferred.
