Advanced Home Health Care is seeking a Pediatric Private Duty Nurse to provide skilled nursing care for children in the comfort of their homes. As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for pediatric patients and their families through attentive, individualized care.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Understand and participate in case management of the home care client.
• Implement nursing-care services under the direction and supervision of the RN Case Manager.
• Provide care within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and home health care guidelines.
• Maintain a positive relationship with families and clients.
• Comply with safety precautions and infection control procedures.

Required Skills:

• Compassionate and empathetic towards pediatric patients.
• Patient and adaptable in navigating unique challenges of home health care.
• Detail-oriented and organized in maintaining records and following care plans.
• Clear communicator who collaborates effectively with families and medical teams.
• Calm under pressure and able to respond thoughtfully in any situation.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with home health care and pediatrics.
• Ability to provide palliative care.
• Skilled in enteral feeding, tracheostomy care, and ventilator management.

Salary and Benefits:

Starting Wage: $25/hr, negotiable based on experience.
