Job Description Manage multiple commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $1M to $40M in value Oversee projects throughout the full lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout Lead project teams while providing mentorship and guidance to junior Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers Collaborate with clients, design partners, subcontractors, and internal operations teams to ensure successful project delivery Drive project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and risk management initiatives Support the company's continued growth in Design-Build and collaborative delivery projects Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the organization's commitment to quality and service Work closely with senior leadership on strategic project planning and execution Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
