2. Should have good experience in analysis of alerts and events.

3. Good monitoring skills, good communication skills and should be a team player.

4. Enthusiastic, hardworking and sound logical skill to trouble shoot any issue and should be able to handle multiple task.

5. Must have knowledge of Incident management and change management.

Support processes (currently aligned to ITIL best practice)

Regularly monitors and resolves the Alerts, incidents and Changes, status and speed of resolution of enquiries and problems; is pro-active in devising improvements and recommending changes to systems, products or services

The provision of advice and consultancy aimed at minimizing the occurrence and impact of service incidents through process improvement

Proactive to trouble shoot issue and fix it from root, customer queries to be handled wisely and effectively.

Ensures that all requests from users for assistance are handled promptly and effectively
