Billing Executive – Logistics & Transport Key Responsibilities Prepare and generate transport/logistics invoices accurately and on time. Verify LR (Lorry Receipt), POD (Proof of Delivery), e-way bills, trip sheets, and supporting documents before billing. Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and customers for billing-related queries. Ensure freight, detention, loading/unloading, and other charges are billed correctly. Maintain billing records, customer accounts, and invoice documentation. Process debit notes, credit notes, and billing adjustments. Follow up on pending PODs and ensure timely invoice submission. Reconcile invoices with customer contracts and rate agreements.
