Someone who has managed real budgets on Meta or Google Ads, understands what lead generation actually means - not just clicks and impressions - and can look at campaign data and immediately know what to do next. </p><p>This is a hands-on role. You will own campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting for travel and hospitality clients - with the freedom to make decisions and the accountability to back them up with results. </p><p><br /></p><p> </p><ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimise lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram) and/or Google Ads for travel and hospitality clients </li><li>Manage campaign budgets efficiently - constantly monitoring cost-per-lead, quality of leads, and ROAS to hit client targets </li><li>Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign strategy </li><li>Analyse performance data daily and make proactive optimisation decisions - without waiting to be asked </li><li>Write or brief compelling ad copy and creatives that drive clicks and conversions in the travel lead gen space </li><li>Build and maintain weekly/monthly performance reports that surface insights - not just numbers </li><li>Test consistently - audiences, creatives, landing pages, ad formats - and document learnings for team use </li><li>Collaborate with the creative and account management team to ensure campaign-to-landing page alignment </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p> </p><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience running Meta Ads or Google Ads - agency or brand side, both welcome </li><li>Proven experience in lead generation campaigns - not just brand awareness or e-commerce </li><li>Comfort reading and interpreting campaign data: CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, frequency, quality score, and beyond </li><li>Ability to independently manage campaigns end-to-end - from setup to optimisation to reporting </li><li>Strong written communication skills - clear in reporting, briefs, and client/team interactions </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p> </p><p>- Working Days: Monday to Saturday </p><p>- Saturday: Half Day </p><p>- Timings: Flexible, outcome-driven (as long as tasks are met on time) </p><p>- Compensation: ₹20,000/month (fixed) + Performance-based bonus </p><p><br /></p><p> ’ </p><ul><li>Competitive salary - based on experience and fitment (discussed during the interview) </li><li>100% remote role - work from wherever you’re most productive </li><li>Real ownership from Day 1 - you’ll manage actual client accounts, not shadow someone else’s work </li><li>Exposure to the travel &amp; hospitality niche - one of the most dynamic and rewarding verticals in digital marketing </li><li>Quarterly performance reviews with clear growth milestones and career progression path </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p> </p><p>Send your resume + any campaign portfolio to </p><p>Subject line: “Junior Media Buyer – (Your Name)” </p>
