CRO Specialist

This role is part of the WeProms growth team and supports client work across Pakistan and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day cro specialist tasks for WeProms and client projects
• Follow documented workflows, QA standards, and reporting expectations
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, writers, and account managers
• Suggest improvements that increase quality, speed, or measurable business impact

Requirements

• Practical experience or strong portfolio relevant to cro specialist
• Clear communication, ownership, and attention to detail
• Ability to work with deadlines, briefs, feedback, and reporting
• Comfort using modern marketing, analytics, creative, or collaboration tools
