Lead Test Development Technician

Location: St. Petersburg, FL Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Onsite) Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Insight Global is seeking a Lead Test Technician to join a highly regulated healthcare manufacturing environment in St. Petersburg, FL. This individual will support a specialized test equipment group responsible for designing, building, troubleshooting, and maintaining custom test systems used in manufacturing operations. This is not a product testing role. Instead, the team develops and supports the equipment used to test products. The ideal candidate will have approximately 3+ years of hands-on electronic and electromechanical experience with strong troubleshooting skills at the component, assembly, and system level. This person will take ownership of technical issues, support projects from start to finish, and provide direction to junior technicians and operators when needed.
