• OPERA Cloud Implementation and Migration Support
• PMS Foundation: Strong experience with hotel Property Management Systems OPERA v5 preferred
• High Learnability: Ability to quickly grasp complex cloud software during Oracle training
• Hotel Operations: Understanding of front-office workflows and reservation systems
• Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for property-level coordination.

Required Skills:

• Migration Support: Guide properties through technical and operational transitions to OPERA Cloud
• Tool Execution: Use Oracle accelerators and tools for data mapping validation and cutovers
• Client Liaison: Coordinate directly with hotel stakeholders to ensure minimal downtime
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and data mapping discrepancies

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master of Engineering, or related fields.
