Job Opening - Manager Sales (Sourcing)
Location: South Mumbai (SOBO market)
Compensation: Up to 10 LPA
Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic professionals to drive sales growth for premium residential projects. The role requires strong market knowledge, relationship building, and execution skills to deliver results in the SOBO market.
Scope & Accountabilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing channel partners
- Execute customer acquisition and marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Handle direct sales, channel sales, and corporate tie ups to maximize business
- Maintain strong relationships with developer teams to ensure market leverage
- Generate new business opportunities and monitor positioning against competitors
- Track and position upcoming projects effectively in the SOBO market
- Resolve conflicts with channel partners/clients tactfully
- Strengthen CP pay outs, process invoices, and liaise with CRM/Finance/Operations for timely disbursements
Competencies / Key Attributes
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Target Profile
- Education: Graduate in any field
- Experience: in luxury real estate sales (preferably premium builders/luxury projects)
- Sales to HNI UHNI clients
- Proven track record in selling residential properties, especially in SOBO market
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai
Selection Process - Only will be in person in CHEMBUR in weekdays
Site Timings
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Six days a week
